The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has placed on record the communication dated 06-12-2017 addressed by the Additional Senior Superintendent of Prison to the Registrar which is accompanied by the police report to be forwarded to the Civil Surgeon with body sent for post-mortem examination and the certificate of the Additional Senior Superintendent of Prison which is to the effect that the accused expired on 05-7-2017.
