We do not find that the Contempt Petition could be entertained and that action could be taken against the respondents in respect of the same on the basis of the allegations pertaining to the alleged violation of the directions in the order dated 2nd December, 2009. The petitioner is free to avail the appropriate remedy, if so advised.
