MARCH 17, 2025 By present applications, the legal representatives of the petitioner have requested to condone the delay in filing application to bring them on record, and further to set aside the order of abatement against the petitioner, and lastly, to permit them to pursue the petition as petitioners.

2] The learned Counsel for the respondent has no serious objection.

3] In view of above and for the reasons set out in the applications, the applications are allowed. Delay is condoned. Order of abatement is set aside. The legal representatives shall add them as party petitioners. Necessary amendment be carried out within one week from today. Amended copy be served on the other side. 4] The applications are disposed of.
