DATED : NOVEMBER 22, 2017 In this second appeal, the appellants used to be represented by Mr. B. S. Deshpande, Advocate. It appears that after his sad demise, notices were issued on 23.06.2017 (Coram: A. S. Chandurkar, J.) for engagement of another counsel to the appellants. The notices to the appellant no.2-Shantabai Shegokar and Keshav Shegokar were served. However, notice of appellant no.1-Shaligram was received back with an endorsement that he is dead. This appeal was listed on 30.10.2017. On the said day, in order to give one chance to the appellant nos. 2 and 3 to engage another counsel to represent them, it was adjourned for further consideration. Today, when the matter was called out, nobody appeared on behalf of appellant nos. 2 and 3. Nobody appears on behalf of the respondents also.

In view of above, the second appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
