DATE : 17th JUNE, 2022 By this petition, the petitioner has challenged order dated 29/04/2022, passed by the respondent - Tahsildar, whereby penalty has been imposed for illegal transportation of sand i.e. minor mineral. An alternative remedy of filing appeal before the Sub-Divisional Officer is available to the petitioner. It is not demonstrated as to how the impugned order can be said to be either without jurisdiction or suffering from the vice of violation of principles of natural justice or any such other ground justifying the petitioner filing the petition directly before this Court.
