The controversy involved in this application is already clarified by this Court on 10/04/2019 in Civil Application (W) No.1046 of 2019 filed in Writ Petition No.2330 of 2019 (Dr. Abhilash Vilas Kavitkar vs. State of Maharashtra & others).

Shri Khubalkar, learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and Ms. Mehta, learned A.G.P. for

caw.1075.19 2/2 respondent Nos.1, 3 & 5 have urged the same grounds, which they had urged while opposing Civil Application No.1046 of 2019. If the petitioner has produced the Bond Release Certificate, dated 03/04/2019 before the Competent Authority, then upon such satisfaction by the Competent Authority, the petitioner would be entitled for the same relief as has been granted by this Court in Civil Application No.1046 of 2019.

Hence, the civil application stands disposed of.
