Heard learned counsel for the rival parties.

We quote para 9 from the reply filed by respondent no.1, which reads thus:- "9.

On the basis of material collected by the investigating agency, the Investigating Officer has prepared a B-summary and sent to the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Akola a detail report on 03.11.2014. The Sub Divisional Police Officer, Akola City has granted its approval to the B-summary report on 9.12.2015. The Investigating Officer has wrote a letter and sent the communication on 14.1.2015 to the complainant/non applicant no.2 informed there in that the complaint is found false

after investigation."

Criminal Application [APL] No. 310 of 2015 is disposed of in terms of para 9 quoted above with liberty to the applicant to take such steps as are available in law.
