The present application is for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant was taken for the inquiry and he is not aware about whether he is arrested or not. On which, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has obtained the instructions, and submitted that the applicant is arrested and his wife is already intimated. 3.

In view of that, criminal application become infructuous and disposed of.
