Present appeal is preferred by the appellants against the judgment and order dated 11.03.1996 passed by the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Nagpur in Regular Civil Suit No.2122 of 1990.

During pendency of the appeal, both the parties i.e. appellants and respondent arrived at the amicable settlement and they have filed the application with prayer that compromise decree be drawn up, in terms of Compromise Agreement dated 18.04.2023. The Compromise Agreement is also filed on record, which is accepted by both parties. I have personally interacted with both the parties and they have accepted and agreed the terms and conditions of the Compromise Agreement and have no grievance about the same.

In view of the above, the appeal is to be disposed of, as settlement arrived between the parties. The compromise decree be drawn up accordingly, in view of the terms and conditions of the Compromise Agreement.
