DATED : 04/08/2022 After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time and on expressing that this Court is not inclined to allow this application, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to apply a fresh on receipt of report of Forensic Science Department in respect of memory card, sim card of mobile of the applicant. He further prays for to expedite the trial. Permission to withdraw the present application is granted with liberty to apply a fresh application in case, there will be no substantive progress in the trial, in near future.

The learned trial Court is requested to expedite the trial.
