This is an application for condonation of delay of 160 days in filing appeal challenging the order dated 25/07/2022, passed under Section 163-A by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Achalpur in M.A.C.P. No.53/2017.

After going through the application, particularly paras 2 and 3 of the application, I am of the opinion that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant to condone the delay.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
