In view of an alternate remedy available by way of revision before the State Government, permission is granted to the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file revision application before the State Government. 3.

If such revision is filed within 15 days along with stay application, by supplying the copy to the other side in advance, the Hon'ble Minister, Maharashtra State shall decide the application for stay within 15 days from the date of filing of such application.
