DATE : 25/09/2019 First appeal was withdrawn before Lok Adalat on 08.09.2018. As per order dated 7.06.2019, the applicant/legal heir of respondent no.1 was permitted to withdrawn Rs.79,035/- and the balance amount of Rs.22,571/- was directed to be refunded to the appellant. In view of order dated 7.06.2019, the respondent no.1 has withdrawn amount of Rs.79,035/-, but interest is not received.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. The respondent no.1 is permitted to withdraw accrued interest on Rs.79,035 /-.

The application is disposed of.
