Heard Shri A.B. Tikle with Shri Parag Wagh, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri S.D. Sonak, learned APP for non-applicant No. 1 and Shri R.R. Gour, learned counsel (appointed) for non-applicant No. 2.
We are not inclined to intervene in extra ordinary jurisdiction as the approach is after more than two years. However, in present circumstances, we grant leave to the applicant to file appropriate application before the Court of concerned J.M.F.C. for relaxation of bail conditions. If such an application is filed within two weeks from today, the concerned Court shall attempt to decide it as expeditiously as possible and in any case within next six weeks. With these directions and keeping all rival contentions open, we dispose of the present application. No order as to costs.
The charges of counsel appointed for nonapplicant No. 2 are fixed at Rs.1,500/-. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
