On the motion made by the learned counsel for the petitioner leave is granted to implead Special Land Acquisition Officer and Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Amravati. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Ms. N. P. Mehta, learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for newly added respondent.

On instructions learned counsel for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 submits that representation dated 09.02.2021 made by the petitioner to the Land Acquisition Officer for allotment of an alternate plot in lieu of acquisition of plot bearing Survey No.100/5 Mouza Navsari, District Amravati is pending and the same deserves consideration in view of provisions of Section 23 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Considering the limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.4 to consider the representation dated 09.02.2021 in accordance with law after considering the grievance of the petitioner. Decision on the same be taken within a period of four weeks
