Heard.
2.
On 20.03.2023, a detailed order was passed recording displeasure for repeatedly asking for time by the petitioner and therefore, even the costs of Rs.15,000/- was imposed while granting adjournment. Despite the same, today again the adjournment is sought on the same ground on which on earlier three occasions, the time was sought. 3.
It was made clear in the order dated 20.03.2023 that, in case of failure to argue the matter on next date by the petitioner, this Court may dismiss the matter for want of prosecution. This was recorded considering that the present matter is pending for admission from last nine years i.e. from 2014.
