Mr. Patil, learned counsel for petitioners, submits that in identical matters, coordinate bench of this Court has taken a view, on the basis of order dated 13.07.2022 passed in Writ Petition No.6251/2022 at the Principal Seat, that the similar challenge, that was raised to the order passed by Tribunal was not entertained since the said petitioners were not party to the proceedings before the Tribunal and liberty was granted to all those petitioners to approach the Tribunal by presenting an appropriate application, either original or review.

(2) wp2712.22 We find that the present petitioners are similarly placed. Hence, for the reasons in the aforesaid order, the writ petitions are not entertained. They are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach to the Tribunal, in accordance with law. Interim order passed on 17.05.2022 shall continue for a period of four weeks from today.
