The respondent No.1/Deputy Chief Labour Commissioner (Central), Nagpur and respondent No.2/Controlling Authority under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 and Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central), Chandrapur, are directed to disburse the amount of gratuity to the petitioner.
