Prayer is to recall order dated 10.04.2015 and to restore Criminal Application No.98/2012. It is pointed out that on that date the learned counsel could not appear. Difficulties faced by the learned counsel are explained on personal affidavit.

In this situation, as we do not find any malafides, order dated 10.04.2015 is recalled and Criminal Application No.98/2012 is restored back to file.
