NOVEMBER 26, 2025 1) Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2) By order dated 25/01/2023 passed in Writ Petition No.5060/2018, this Court directed that the respondents therein shall proceed with the matter to take necessary steps for payment of full pensionary benefits to the petitioner within a reasonable period which shall not be more than two months from the date of order.

3) The petitioner submits the statement of arrears of pension at page Nos.21 to 25.

4) Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the respondents have already complied with the order of this Court. Pursuant to the earlier calculation submitted by the petitioner, the respondents have already paid the amount. Now the petitioner again submitted another calculation stating therein KOLHE

2 77-cp 151.2025.odt that the respondents are in arrears of an amount of Rs.17,31,158/-.

5) In view that the order passed by this Court has already been complied with by the respondents, nothing survives in the contempt petition. If the petitioner is having any grievance about non-payment of arrears due, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding for the same.

6) In view thereof, the contempt petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
