DATE : 14.6.2016 This Court, while disposing the Writ Petition No.1321/2014 directed the Collector to dispose the proceedings till 31st January, 2015. Subsequently, Writ Petition No.3167/2015 was filed and in that an interim order was granted because of which the proceedings could not be disposed. The Writ Petition No.3167/2015 is decided on 2nd May, 2016.

The learned Collector is directed to dispose the proceedings till 15th July, 2016, if necessary, by taking up the matter on day-to-day basis. Civil application is disposed. JUDGE Tambaskar.
