It appears that the applicant is in jail for non-payment of maintenance amount of Rs.1,95,000/- to the non-applicant. It is the contention on behalf of the applicant that the applicant is taxi driver and at present his income is stopped just because he is in jail. Therefore, release of applicant is sought. 3.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed. On depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- with the learned Family Court at Yavatmal, the sentence passed by the learned Family Court vide its order dated 01.04.2024, is suspended till pendency of the revision application and the applicant be released.

The applicant shall further pay the remaining amount in three monthly installments of Rs.50,000/-, Rs.45,000/- and Rs.50,000/- starting from 01.06.2024.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
