APRIL 27, 2018 Heard Shri Phasate, learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Dubey, learned APP for the State. Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary. This applicant is identically situated as the applicant in Criminal Application (ABA) No.253/2018 whose anticipatory bail is confirmed by this Court just now. There is no dispute about this fact. Therefore, on the ground of parity, this application deserves to be allowed.

The application is allowed. Ad-interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 19.04.2018 is hereby confirmed on the same conditions with clarification that after the period of attendance is over, the applicant need not attend the police station except when he is called upon to do so by the Investigating Officer. The application stands disposed of.
