DATE : 29/11/2021 Heard Mr. Dhawas, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petition challenges the order of maintenance granted by the learned Trial Court to the respondent which is sum of Rs.10,000/- per month from the date of the application and Rs. 10,000/- as litigation expenses.

Perusal of the impugned order would indicate that the learned Court below has taken into consideration the salary of the petitioner for the month of January 2020 which was Rs.99,846/-. The contention that the medical expenses of the respondent and also being taking care of by the petitioner has been duly considered by the Court below while granting the above maintenance.

Considering the above position, I see no reason to interfere in the present petition, as the

(2) 10.wp.4802.2021 impugned order takes into consideration all the relevant aspects of the matter which were necessary for determination of the application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act.

The petition is accordingly dismissed.
