DECEMBER 16, 2025 1) Reply tendered by respondent is taken on record. 2) Since the amount sought to be recovered towards provident fund pursuant to Section 7A of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 is already recovered, the amount of Rs.15,50,276/- deposited by the petitioner with this Court pursuant to order dated 18/05/2022 is permitted to be withdrawn by the petitioner along with accrued interest, if any.
