DATED : JULY 17, 2019 In this application seeking anticipatory bail notice was issued by this Court on 11/06/2019 and it was made returnable on 25/06/2019. Thereafter, the non-applicant State has filed its reply on 21/06/2019. 2.

But, on the returnable date none appeared on behalf of the applicant and the application stood adjourned on 03/07/2019 also. Thereafter, when the application was listed on 11/07/2019, none appeared on behalf of the applicant and this Court passed the following order.

"None for the applicant.

This application was adjourned on 04/5/2019 and 06/06/2019, as none was present on behalf of the applicant. Thereafter, on 11/06/2019, notice was issued on the application, returnable on

2 aba229.19.odt 25/06/2019. On 25/06/2019 again none appeared on behalf of the applicant and thereafter on 03/07/2019, a request was made on behalf of the learned counsel for the applicant for adjournment, as a consequence of which the application has been listed today (11/07/2019).

As noted above, even today when the applicant was called out, none appeared for the applicant. It appears that the applicant is not interested in pursuing this application. Hence, as a matter of last chance, list this application on 17/07/2019."

Even today, when the application was called out, none appeared on behalf of the applicant, while the learned APP is very much present to argue the matter.

In this backdrop, it appears that the applicant and his counsel are not interested in pursuing the present application. Hence, dismissed for non-prosecution.
