The proposed Arbitrator Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo (Former Judge of Bombay High Court) has consented to act as an Arbitrator and has also forwarded the disclosure statement.

Accordingly, Shri Justice Rohit B. Deo, Former Judge, Bombay High Court, is appointed as Arbitrator. 4.

Since the applicant has paid process fee the Registry shall issue writ of appointment to the learned Arbitrator.

The office objection as regards non-payment of costs is dispensed with.
