This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel Shri R.M.Daga for the applicant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A.Mirza for the State.

Both learned counsel for parties advanced their respective submissions. With their able assistance, we have gone through relevant evidence in respective of extra judicial confession and evidence on last seen.

When the Court was about to reject the application, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that permission be given to the applicant to withdraw the application. The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is rejected and disposed of as withdrawn.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not giving detailed .....2/-
