Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the fact that the prayers are not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents, time to comply with the orders dated 6.2.2015 and 19.3.2015 is extended till 12.6.2015. Similarly, the appellant is permitted to deposit the amount of Rs.1,47,583/- instead of furnishing solvent surety for the said amount.
