By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of condition which is imposed while releasing him on bail in Criminal Application (ABA) No.102/2024.

Earlier the applicant was directed to attend the concerned Police Station once in a week on Sunday between 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and shall cooperate with the investigating agency till filing of the charge-sheet.

As the other co-accused are absconding, the charge-sheet is not filed. Thus, considering the circumstances the attendance of the applicant was required for the investigation purpose, therefore said condition was imposed and that should remain till

(2) 907.appp.707.2025 filing of the charge-sheet. At this stage, no case is made out by the applicant for relaxation of condition. As such, the application is hereby rejected.

The applicant shall approach this Court for relaxation of the condition, after filing of the charge-sheet.
