Application (M.A.) No. 3/2020 before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Nagpur, as the amount of Rs. 1,70,000/- deposited by the respondent No.1 before the Commission in pursuance to the order dated 31.7.2020, on 10.8.2020, has already been withdrawn on 14.9.2020 and the respondent No.1 has already taken admission in other institution.
