This applicant and co-accused are arraigned in Crime No.2015/015 registered against them for an offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Morgaon Arjuni, District Gondia.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that he be permitted to withdraw the application with liberty to file fresh application at appropriate stage.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
