Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the application. Legal heirs of appellant No.1 i.e. Smt Lata wd/o Rajendra Pataskar is claiming withdrawal of statutory deposit of Rs. 25,000/- with accrued interest. It appears that First Appeal No. 646/2006 filed by the deceased [Rajendra Prabhakar Pataskar] which was allowed and claim petition filed by the respondent Nos. 3 to 6 stands dismissed. In view of the above, the amount of Rs. 25,000/- with accrued interest be paid to legal heirs of appellant No.1 i.e. [Smt Lata wd/o Rajendra Pataskar]. The appellant No.1 is entitled for refund of amount with all statutory deposit with interest.

Civil application is allowed.
