The Civil Application is filed by the Respondent-Scrutiny Committee on 17 August, 2020 for extension of six months time to dispose of the Caste claim of the Petitioner, out of which period of five months is already over.

Considering the situation prevalent during the pendemic, we extend the time to decide the Caste claim of the Petitioner for a period of three months from today.
