JANUARY 19, 2016 Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the reply as well as rejoinder filed by the petitioner. During hearing, we find that the various contemporary documents and records will be available to throw light on the existence of the alleged NA order and sanctioned plan.

Mr. Kshirsagar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner will attempt to trace out such contemporaneous records and give its details to respondent no.1.

In this situation, with liberty to the petitioner to trace out the same and to point out its relevance to respondent no.1 and keeping all the rival contentions open, we dispose of Criminal Writ Petition No.392/2015. No order as to costs.
