This is an application moved by the petitioner under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure for permission to serve the proposed respondent No.7(b) and 7(c) by paper publication.

It is submitted that the notice could not be served on the above referred respondents as it is reported that the premises of the proposed respondent Nos. 7(b) was found to be locked on two occasions. As far as proposed respondent No.7(c) is concerned, it is reported that he was not found on the given address. It is submitted that the addresses of the proposed respondent No. 7(b) and 7(c) are the last known addresses.

Thus, considering the reasons shown in the application for service by paper publication, the Civil Application is allowed.
