We have perused the prayers made in the petition whereby the petitioners are seeking directions to the respondent no.2 to decide the representations dated 21.01.2019 and 20.02.2019. It is further prayed for causing inspection of the property.

The petition remained pending for almost about six years. Much water has been flown by this time.
