This an application for correction of names of legal heirs of deceased respondent Sanjay.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

Necessary correction in the names of the legal heirs of deceased respondent Sanjay be carried out within two weeks.

Thereupon, the office is directed to issue notice to the proposed legal heirs of deceased Sanjay, returnable on 05.07.2023.

The applicants are permitted to serve the nonapplicants by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect by next date, failing which the applicants shall deposit Rupees Five Hundred towards costs, to the High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.
