NO. 1305/2023 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 2910/2020 CORAM : REGISTRAR (JUDICIAL) DATED : 26/04/2023 This civil application is filed under Order V Rule 20 of the C.P.C., 1908 for subsituted service upon R.No. 2 by way of paper publication. As per the bailiff's report, the noticee was not residing on the given address. As stated in the application, the earlier given address is the only address known to the petitioner.

Hence, considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the bailiff's report, the applicant is allowed to serve aforesaid respondent by substituted service on the last known address by paper publication.

Substituted service be effected upon aforesaid respondent by publishing a notice in widely circulated local daily newspaper "Daily Lokmat, Sangamner/Ahmednagar Edition" in terms of Order V Rule 20 (1-A) of C.P.C., returnable within five weeks from the date of publication of notice.
