Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant. Nobody is present for the respondents, though they are duly served.

Perused the impugned judgment and order. It appears that the admission given by the respondents that they were liable to pay an amount of Rs.32,00,000/- to the appellant on account of various goods purchased by them from the appellant, the delay has not been properly appreciated by the trial Court and, therefore, the points raised in this appeal require consideration by this Court. Admit.

Call for record and proceedings.
