The notice issued by the respondents shows unauthorized user of first floor by the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has already moved the respondents, seeking their no objection.

The material on record is insufficient to make out any case. Hence, with liberty to the petitioner to take such other steps as are available to him in law, we dispose of the present petition. No costs.
