Pursuant to the issuance of bailable warrant against the respondent No.2 - Vishnupanth Baburao Kimmatkar, who claimed to be the President of Navjeewan Shikshan Sanstha, is present and makes a statement that he will pay the backwages to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.

The statement made by the respondent No.2 is accepted as undertaking to this Court.

The petitioner to submit the calculation of outstanding due on account of backwages to the respondent No.1, by 28.10.2024.

In view of the statement made by the respondent No.2, the petition is disposed of.
