The learned counsel, however, pressed for continuation of interim protection granted by this Court for reasonable period so as to enable the petitioner to prosecute the appeal filed by him. Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. Interim protection granted by this court earlier shall continue to operate for a period of four weeks.
