Appellant/Insurance Company seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

Permission is granted.

She makes a statement that as per the award, the balance amount will be deposited within sixty days in the Court. Statement is accepted.

On deposit of such amount, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the balance amount.
