Heard Mr. M.P. Kariya, the learned counsel holding for Mr. V.S. Dhote, the learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. N.S. Bhattad, the learned counsel for the non-applicant.
The application was filed for seeking transfer of the matrimonial proceedings namely H.M.P. No.39/2015 from 4th Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nagpur to any Court at Bhandara.
Mr. Bhattad, the learned counsel for the nonapplicant, on instructions, submitted that the proceeding itself is concluded by the judgment and order dated 12.1.2016. Mr. Bhattad, the learned counsel, placed on record a copy of the judgment and order passed by the learned 4th Joint Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nagpur. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification.
In view of the above referred facts, nothing survives in the application. The application is disposed of accordingly.
