Considering that, the appeal is already disposed of, Respondent Nos. 1(i) to (v) is permitted to withdraw the compensation amount of Rs.3,85,237/- along with accrued interest through respondent No. ii(a) Sunita wd/o Vijayanand Bhoyar, who is the Power of Attorney for the rest of the respondents. The additional amount of Rs. 57,257 be refunded back to the appellant. 5.

Respondent No. ii(a) Sunita Vijayanand Bhoyar shall file an affidavit after the withdrawal of the amount rkn
