The applicants are seeking regular bail in Crime 342/2020 registered with Civil Lines Police Station, Akola for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
The allegation is that accused Shubham assaulted the injured with knife and prior to that the applicants assaulted the injured with fists.

A statement is made that co-accused Shubham to whom the major role is attributed i.e. assault with knife, is released on bail.

In any event, considering the limited role which is attributed to the applicants, there is no reason why the applicants should languish in jail. It is not the case of the prosecution that the applicants are a flight risk. 7.
The application is allowed.

The applicants shall be released on bail on executing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- each with a solvent surety of like amount.
9.
Considering the prevailing circumstances, the surety shall be furnished within four weeks of the release.
10.
The applicants shall not make any attempt to tamper with the evidence or to influence witnesses. 11.
The applicants shall attend each date of hearing scrupulously.
12.
The applicants shall not leave the country without the permission of the trial Court.
