The petitioner has moved this application for grant of further time to comply the order dated 15/04/2024. The petitioner undertakes to deposit Rupees Two Lakhs by tomorrow i.e. on 24/04/2024 by 03:00 p.m. For the balance amount of Rupees Three Lakhs the petitioner is seeking six weeks' time.

Considering the request of the petitioner, I am of the opinion that no prejudice will be caused to the respondent if such permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed. 4.

The petitioner is permitted to deposit Rupees Two Lakhs on or before 24/04/2024 before 03:00 p.m. in this Court. The remaining amount of Rupees Three Lakhs shall be deposited by the petitioner within six weeks from today.

Furthermore, the respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rupees Two Lakhs, if it is deposited in this Court, within the stipulated period. 6.

The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.

Place the Writ Petition for further consideration / hearing on 11/06/2024.
