It is submitted that First Appeal No. 764 of 2009 has been settled between the parties before the National Lok Adalat held at Nagpur on 13.07.2019. As during the pendency of this Appeal, appellant No. 2 - Ramchandra s/o Bhiva Girhepunje has died on 20.01.2017, leaving behind appellant No. 1 - his wife, who is already on record and appellant No. 2 - son viz. Ravindra Ramchandra Girhepunje, who is brought on record, are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.5,25,000/- (Rs. Five lakh and twenty five thousand only) as deposited by respondent No. 1 - United India Insurance Company, Nagpur, in view

1911fa764.09 of the settlement arrived at between the parties before the National Lok Adalat at Nagpur.

First Appeal stands disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
