APRIL 27, 2018 Heard. Perused the reply of the prosecution and the case diary.

Except for the last scene evidence, there is no other incriminating circumstance against this applicant. The applicant is in Jail since 09.07.2017. The charge sheet has been filed long back. I am, therefore, of the view that no purpose would be served by keeping the applicant behind bars.

In these circumstances, I am inclined to allow this application. The application is allowed. It is directed that the applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR Bond of Rs.30,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the following conditions :

(i) The applicant shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the trial.

(ii) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

The application stands disposed of.
